TESS is an online application completely dedicated to helping travel advisors become more efficient and accurate. It all starts with your clients, managed in a custom CRM. You record the trips and bookings that you sell and TESS will help you track the payments received to the agency from the supplier for your commissions. Through Tess, you can view reporting and real time commission received into the agency.
With a NETAdvantage subscription, which includes TESS, you no longer have to submit worksheets.
Although we have not implemented a mandatory monthly fee nor are we requiring the NETAdvantage CRM Program, we have implemented a $2.50 fee for each submitted booking worksheet as of June 1, 2025. This fee will be reflected on monthly commission statements in the month following the booking form submission date. However, you can submit up to 3 booking forms each month for no fee.
